Colter Shaw, however, is on an even more urgent rescue mission – a family swept away in the initial deluge. The clock is ticking, and their survival window is rapidly closing. However, the impending disaster raises questions – is the town’s vulnerability a natural occurrence, or is there a more human element at work?
